The Higher Courts in Belgrade and Novi Sad released the names of individuals granted presidential pardons by former Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, following official notifications provided by the Ministry of Justice.
The list features former high-ranking public officials as well as individuals facing charges of attempted murder.
The Belgrade Higher Court announced that Vucic pardoned Dijana Hrkalovic, Nebojsa Djokic, Marko Pavlovic, Dragana Zivadinovic, and Milos Dugalic.
According to the court, Dijana Hrkalovic has been cleared of criminal prosecution for influence peddling.
Her case was being handled by the Belgrade Higher Court’s Special Department for Organized Crime.
Hrkalovic, a former State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP), was accused of abusing her position to obstruct police investigations.
Nebojsa Djokic was cleared of money laundering charges, a case also prosecuted before the Special Department for Organized Crime.
Marko Pavlovic was cleared of charges for attempted aggravated murder in a case before the Higher Court in Belgrade.
Pavlovic is the driver accused of hitting student Sonja Ponjavic with a car in Belgrade on January 16, 2025.
The incident happened during a nationwide 15-minute tribute honoring the victims of the deadly canopy collapse at Novi Sad Train Station.
Under Vucic’s decision, Dragana Zivadinovic has been cleared of criminal prosecution for abuse of office and forging official documents in a case before the Special Department for Organized Crime.
Zivadinovic, the former president of the Higher Court in Nis, was arrested in October 2023 on suspicion of abuse of office.
Vucic also granted a pardon request for Milos Dugalic, releasing him from serving the remainder of his prison sentence, which had been handed down by the Belgrade Court of Appeals on March 20, 2025.
The Novi Sad High Court received similar official correspondence from the Ministry of Justice detailing pardons issued by the former Serbian president.
The court released the following list of pardoned individuals:

Their trial had resumed in July of this year.
Gorski Matovic, who faced charges of violent behavior at a sporting event or public gathering.
Matovic, who has a prior conviction for violent behavior, was accused of attacking students during a protest outside the Serbian National Theater in Novi Sad.
He was arrested after the mid-February assault.
Video footage circulated on social media showed Matovic and a group of men punching a male student in the head and shoving a female student, who struck her head against a wall before collapsing onto the street.
Matovic was transferred to house arrest less than a month later and subsequently indicted.
Igor Elez, charged with bribery.
Elez, an orthopedic specialist at the Clinical Center of Vojvodina (KCV), was arrested in 2020 on suspicion of taking a total of 4,200 euro in bribes from three patients to fast-track their surgeries ahead of the official waiting list.
The pardons also extended to a group of Novi Sad activists: Anja Pitulic, Jovan Drazic, Dejan Bagaric, Doroteja Antic, Branislav Djordjevic, Mila Pajic, Davor Stefanovic, Srdjan Djuric, Mladen Cvijetic, Lado Jovovic, Marija Vasic, and Lazar Dinic.
