“We are glad to announce that both Nova S and N1 will be distributed in Serbia by both Telekom Srbija and Yettel. Since we have assumed responsibilities in these companies, we have worked hard to achieve the biggest possible distribution for our channels and ensure that they will reach the largest possible audience. Negotiations with other operators are still ongoing.
“We want to thank Yettel Srbija for all the years of partnership, which will now continue in a new form and for the professional way they conducted the negotiations to allow for nationwide distribution.
“While this movement brings opportunities it also raises the bar for the quality expected from us. This will mean that we will invest in new local fiction and entertainment content for Nova S, including new seasons of the Survivor and other internationally recognized formats. Our expected total investment in Nova S will be more than 11.3 million Euros in the year 2027. Investment and organizational plans for N1 and the wider news operations will be announced in the coming weeks following consultations with union representatives.
“We will strengthen both N1 to become the leading news channel in Serbia as well as Nova S to be the preferred option for entertainment in the country. Danas, Radar and Forbes will also be strength and follow new revenue models.
“Danas, Radar and Forbes are reputable news outlets which produce content that is of high quality and audiences are willing and actively to follow. We will maintain their print editions, improve their digital experience, and introduce premium digital subscriptions to fund its top-tier journalism.
